I've been a licensed Realtor® since 1998.  I owned the Anderson Insurance Agency from 1973 until 2007.  The business I built from the ground up is still thriving and still in the family, now owned and skillfully managed by Joy and her husband Chad as the Ostermann Insurance Agency in North Mankato.

Buyers and sellers who work with me appreciate my skillfull use of advanced communication technology to effectively accomplish their goals.  My active role with the Minnesota Association of Realtors® Professional Standards Committee keeps me aware of and helps ensure the highest standards of ethical behavior among my fellow Realtors® throughout Minnesota.

Time away from real estate is spent with family, relaxing with Margaret, my wife and best friend since 1967, and our two daughters, Heather and Joy and their families, and volunteering with the Blue Earth Nicollet County Humane Society, operating the newly built Riverside Regional Pet Shelter.  I even manage to spend a little time gardening.  Margaret and I share our home with five feline friends of various hues, personalities and dispositions and golden retriever Annie.
